Start Your Visa Application Now!
For all international delegates planning to attend SuperCorrExpo® from countries requiring a U.S. Visa, you should be aware that the process to apply for a business, B-1, visa can take months. While you do not have to be registered at the time of your application, we encourage attendees to do so as part of their supplemental documentation well in advance. Visit travel.state.gov to learn about the U.S. Visa process and all requirements that must be met.
For those attendees needing a visa, the following documentation is required for your visa interview:
- Passport valid for travel to the United States – Your passport must be valid for at least six months beyond your period of stay in the United States (unless exempt by country-specific agreements). Each individual who needs a visa must submit a separate application, including any family members listed in your passport.
- Non-immigrant Visa Application, Form DS-160 confirmation page.
- Application fee payment receipt, if you are required to pay before your interview.
- Photo – You will upload your photo while completing the online Form DS-160. If the photo upload fails, you must bring one printed photo in the format explained in the Photograph Requirements.
Some attendees will be eligible for a Visa Waiver through the Visa Waiver Program (VWP) which enables most citizens or nationals of 39 participating countries to travel to the United States for tourism or business for stays of 90 days or less without obtaining a U.S. Visa.
